About Us

Printer-friendly version

Denise MosseTeesTrans is a group of like-minded individuals who offer a listening ear and emotional and practical support for transgender, cross dresser, and intersex people.

Whilst we can offer advice, information and signposting for parents of Transgenderi children and minors, group meetings are strictly for adults of 18 and over.  All members must adhere to Our Code.

The group meets the second Monday of each month in a comfortable, safe, secure and understanding environment from 7pm until 9pm at MESMAC in Middlesbrough, Tees Valley.  Click the map to the right to see our location.

On arrival please press the MESMAC button for the intercom and someone will answer and either buzz you in or come down and collect you to show you the way to our room.

Private changing facilities, and mens and womens toilets are available for anyone who wishes to change at the venue.  We have sufficient safe space for separate groups to use different rooms if required.

Coffee and tea are provided by members. The group was founded in the Summer of 2008 by Denise Mosse and Heather Anne McGlade.

One or more of the group leaders, Denise, Heather or Ana, will be present at each meeting. Please use our Contact Us page if you have any questions you would like to ask us about the group or about the next meeting.

Our future meetings are to be held on:

December 14th 2009
January 11th 2010
February  8th 2010
