I was discharged from MATS today - yay for me - I have not been using alcohol as a coping strategy for 6 whole months! I am proud of myself for making such progress. Now I just need a drink to celebrate ....

The Albert Centre
I have received my referral for an assessment at the Albert Centre today. I will not lapse into misusing alcohol again but I am grateful for the continuing support should I need it.
