As part of Middlesbrough SuperGay, Wotever World are performing on Thursday 17th September, 7.30pm until Midnight at The Crypt, Town Hall, Albert Road TS1 2QQ
Entry by donation (suggested minimum £2)
An evening celebrating our transgenderi and blurred lives. Wotever World invites you to a show from gender queeri/transi/lgbti people. As always, when Wotever is involved it’s hard to tick the boxes of what we are, as this is never important, it’s more about who we are and what we do with it. So, there will be a show with spoken word, movement, music and laughter. Performers will also stay on for a chat after the show and we invite you all for a talk about gender, performance and everyday life struggles and happiness.
The programme will include:
Toilet Trouble - when going to the loo isn't that easy
Wotever Sex - Highlights from the superb shows performed at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern in Spring 2009.
Sailor Princess - A spoken word piece that brings in the elements of twisted nature and wholesome food for thought, regarding gender and sexuality, space and tranquillity.
Performed by Josephine Wilson, Divo Sock and Ingo.
This is the only time Wotever World will be performing this show in the North East, so catch them while you can! The show is open to everyone, regardless of sexuality or gender identityi. It will be an evening like no other, prepare to be entertained!
